The mission of Performance Academies is to prepare students in grades K to 8 for success in high school and beyond. Performance Academies stresses the values of academics, as well as lifelong health and fitness, to address the needs of the whole child. The Academies use Open Court Reading and Saxon Math materials to deliver high quality instruction in an extended school day environment.

National Charter Schools Week is May 5-11!
National Charter Schools Week is a time to showcase achievements of charter schools in local communities (like yours!) that are working tirelessly to close achievement gaps and elevate learning across the nation. Charter school enrollment continues to rise since the first charter school opened 21 years ago, but more action is needed to continue the expansion of high-quality charter schools and reach the hundreds of thousands of students on waiting lists every year. So make the most of National Charter Schools Week by letting people know about the positive role charter schools are playing in your community — talk to your local newspaper, inform friends and neighbors, and use social media to get the word out that charter schools are improving education every day!
