Meet Our Principal

Welcome to this exciting new school year here at South Scioto Performance Academy!

My name is Aaron Johnson and I’m honored to serve as the school principal.

One of our goals at SSPA is to provide all students with the opportunity to excel in strong academics and have access to the best athletic program focusing on martial arts, soccer and tennis! This focus develops strong minds and strong bodies! Our students attend class Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm allowing for quality instruction and academic advantage amongst most schools in the area. We want our students, families, and staff to feel SSPA as a family working together. We focus daily on Academic Success, Character Education, and a strong community! SSPA offers Positive Behavior Supports, Responsive Classroom techniques, and Daily Character Education Lessons to support this mission.  We also offer a before and after school program through Champions program!

We strongly believe students are more successful when the family is an active part of their educational journey. I look forward to a great school year full of growth and success.
