Title IX
All schools receiving federal funding must comply with Title IX, which prohibits discrimination in education based on a student’s sex. In 2020, Title IX was updated to include sexual harassment. Here are Springfield Performance Academy’s Title IX policies:
- Department of Education 2020 Title IX. This is the Federal Register Notice from May 2020. This legislation was updated and then implemented in August 2020. The updates focus on sexual harassment.
